Spyros Theoharis has built several successful businesses over 30 years. His success has been grounded in using data to make strategic decisions. This scientific approach is rooted in his degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto.
As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), Spyros oversees all aspects of our operations. He is most proud of his beautiful family. His four children keep him on his toes.

Mario has been in the print marketing arena for over 30 years. Sourcing, planning, managing, and producing a variety of quality printed products from outstanding packaging, to eye catching brochures, and unique presentation boxes.

Anthony N. Fernando

Anthony Fernando leads our business development activities. He is a PADI Divemaster and has completed almost 150 open water scuba dives in seven countries. He enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, playing golf, chess, and going on long hikes.
Anthony earned a Hons. BA in Political Science from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Western Ontario. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Economic Developer (Ec.D.) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Martin T. Downey CPP

Martin’s career has covered a wide spectrum of packaging knowledge and
experiences revolving around rigid materials such as glass jars, various forms of
plastic packaging, beverage cans and many more items in between. He is a Certified
Packaging Professional (CPP) as awarded to him by the Institute of Packaging
Professionals (IoPP). For over 45 years now he has been actively engaged in industry
organizations such as the IoPP, Packaging Association of Canada, National
Association of Container Distributors, and others including part time teaching roles at
local colleges.

Robert Brown

With over 40 years in the packaging industry —primarily in flexible packaging, He specializing in SOS paper and multi-wall bags, film pouches, and film and paper roll stock.
Robert brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the Branded team, with his senior management background and industry knowledge.
Additionally, his time spent managing people, developing policies, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales and operational goals. Robert has vast experience selling to the food, confectionary, coffee and bakery products companies throughout North America.
Robert’s foundation was built during his early years as part of a national rigid packaging distribution company’s sales team, giving him a well-rounded perspective across both flexible and rigid sectors. His deep industry knowledge, combined with his calm demeanor and warm smile, make him an invaluable resource to Branded Group’s diverse client base and a natural fit for our team.

She is highly proficient in design programs such as illustrator, photoshop and inDesign. Dee understands the execution details that make all the difference, saving time, money, and ensuring that the project comes out perfect.

As Lead Designer at Branded, Emilie collaborates with clients to create standout solutions that elevate their brand and products. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, SolidWorks, and Photoshop, she blends technical expertise with creative vision to bring ideas to life. When she's not designing, Emilie enjoys crafting, crocheting, and staying active with sports, activities that fuel her passion for innovation.

Justine is a second year Commerce student at the University of Guelph. She supports Anthony Fernando with strategic outreach to prospective clients on a part-time basis.
Outside of work, Justine is passionate about graphic design and digital marketing. She leverages her creativity to develop compelling client stories. What began with childhood art projects has evolved into valuable business skills. Justine enjoys experimenting with recipes, staying active, and exploring new cultures through travel.
